To get the most out of MySwimPro, we recommend using Guided Workouts. It’s the best way to maximize interval training, and ensures your splits will be recorded if you’re using a smartwatch. You can log a Guided Workout in MySwimPro with a compatible smartwatch, or manually log the Workout.

You can access Guided Workouts in a few areas in the MySwimPro app:

Smartwatch

Create a Custom Guided Workout, or view a pre-made Workout from the Workout Library, Workout of the Day or from a Training Plan.

Without A Smartwatch

You can either print out the Workout, bring your phone to the pool, or complete the Workout from memory:

  1. Print the Workout: Tap the menu icon (...) > tap ‘Open PDF’ > either take a screenshot or tap the share icon again to print the PDF version of the Workout. If you can’t print straight from your phone, you can always email the workout PDF to yourself and open the PDF on a different device that you can print from.

  2. Bring your phone to the pool: We recommend buying a waterproof smartphone case, or placing your phone in a plastic bag so you can keep it close to the edge of the pool without it getting wet. In between swim sets, you’ll need to check your phone to be guided through the Workout.

  3. Complete it from memory: If you can remember the different swim Sets, Effort Levels and Interval times off the top of your head, great! Some people also write it down on a whiteboard at the pool.

Once you've completed the Workout, open the Workout on your phone > tap the Menu icon (...) > tap Log This Activity. Your Workout will now appear in your Profile!
