Show up to the pool with a plan. With the MySwimPro app on iOS or Android, you can follow a weekly Swim Training Plan or Dryland Plan that is personalized to your goals and speed!

How To Follow A Swim Training Plan |iPhone

1 – Download MySwimPro App on iPhone

2 – Complete your profile to activate the DynamicSwim Algorithm.

3 – On the Coach tab, find the Swim Training Plan you'd like and tap Start Plan.

Review the Workouts, and tap the Edit icon to personalize the Intervals or duration. Adjust, then tap Save!

When you’re ready to swim, tap the menu icon to print the Workout or sync it with a smartwatch, or write it on a piece of paper or whiteboard.

After your Swim, open the app on the phone to log the Workout to your feed. Tap the menu icon then tap Log Activity!

If you logged your Workout using a compatible smartwatch, then your Workout will log automatically after the Workout is complete! No need to tap Log Activity.

Proper strength training is key to swimming success, whether you’re a serious competitor or a recreational swimmer. MySwimPro Dryland Training Plans are built for swimmers of all skill levels and all ages, and can be completed at home with no equipment. They are a great complement to your swim training, or can be completed as a stand-alone workout program.
