If you don’t feel like doing one of MySwimPro's Workouts, that’s fine! You can always log your own custom swim workouts. The more you log into the app, the more it acts as your go-to hub to track your progress, see your stats, and to share your Workouts with friends.
How To Create Custom Workouts
There are two types of Custom Workouts you can create with MySwimPro.
- Create Swim Workout (Requires a MySwimPro Coach subscription) 
- Quick Log 
Create Swim Workout
To create a Custom Swim Workout:
- Open the Library Tab 
- Tap "Write" under Create a Workout. 
 
- Start by adding a Set to the first Set Group by tapping the menu icon on the upper right of the Set Group 
- Choose the Stroke, Effort Level, Reps, Distance, Interval (You can use a Custom Interval, Personalized, or No Interval), Equipment and then add any notes 
- Tap Done 
- Repeat Steps 4-6 until the Set Group is complete 
- Tap the menu icon on the upper right of the Set Group and then tap Add Set Group. 
- Add and name a Set Group 
- Repeat Steps 4-6 until the Set Group is complete 
- Once the workout is complete you can sync it to your smartwatch, print a PDF or save the workout for later 
Quick Log
To quickly log your Swim Workout using Quick Log:
- Open the Library Tab 
- Tap the "..." in the top right corner. 
 
- Tap Quick Log 
- Enter in the Distance of the Workout 
- Change the unit from Meters or Yards 
- Add the duration 
- Change the date (today's date is pre-filled) 
- Mark whether the swim was open water 
- Tap Log Activity 
- The logged workout will appear in your Feed and update your Profile stats. It will also save to any linked services, like Apple Health or Strava
