If you don’t feel like doing one of MySwimPro's Workouts, that’s fine! You can always log your own custom swim workouts. The more you log into the app, the more it acts as your go-to hub to track your progress, see your stats, and to share your Workouts with friends.

How To Create Custom Workouts

There are three types of Custom Workouts you can create with MySwimPro.

Create Swim Workout

To create a Custom Swim Workout:

  1. Open the Coach Tab

  2. Tap Custom Workout

  3. Tap Create Swim Workout

  4. Start by adding a Set to the first Set Group by tapping the menu icon on the upper right of the Set Group

  5. Choose the Stroke, Effort Level, Reps, Distance, Interval (You can use a Custom Interval, Personalized, or No Interval), Equipment and then add any notes

  6. Tap Done

  7. Repeat Steps 4-6 until the Set Group is complete

  8. Tap the menu icon on the upper right of the Set Group and then tap Add Set Group.

  9. Add and name a Set Group

  10. Repeat Steps 4-6 until the Set Group is complete

  11. Once the workout is complete you can sync it to your smartwatch, print a PDF or save the workout for later

Quick Log

To quickly log your Swim Workout using Quick Log:
