When you mention a "sync issue," it can mean a few different things - and each one has a different fix. To point you in the right direction, here's a quick guide to the most common types.


🏊 My workout didn't show up in my history after swimming

Your swim was recorded on your watch but didn't transfer to the MySwimPro app.


⌚ I can't send a workout to my Garmin watch

You're trying to send a guided workout from MySwimPro to your Garmin, but it's not appearing on the watch or the send fails.


πŸ“Š My swims aren't syncing to Strava or TrainingPeaks

Your completed workouts aren't showing up in your connected third-party app.


πŸ” My Apple Watch isn't logging me into the app

You open MySwimPro on your watch but it shows a login screen or doesn't recognize your account.


πŸ“± My data looks wrong or is out of date in the app

Your profile, stats, or training plan don't reflect recent activity - things look stale or incorrect.

Try these steps first:

  1. Make sure you're on the latest version of the app

  2. Log out of the app and log back in

  3. If the issue persists, contact support so we can take a closer look
