If a workout doesn’t sync to your history, you can import it manually or mark it as complete appropriately. Here’s how to manage missed or incomplete swim workouts:

  1. Open the Profile section in the app.

  2. Tap Settings from the top-right corner, then go to Account Settings.

  3. Scroll down past Smartwatch and tap Import Swims.

  4. In the Import Swims menu, locate the workout that was not logged.

  5. Tap the ellipsis (three dots) in the top right corner of the workout.

  6. Tap Log This Activity.

  7. The workout should now appear under your History in the Profile tab. Ensure that your app version is up-to-date to avoid syncing issues.

You can then manually mark the workout as complete if it was part of your Training Plan.

    Steps:

    Open the Training Plan
Swipe Left on the workout title

    Tap Mark Complete
This will mark the workout as complete without double logging the swim

Additionally, the MySwimPro Dynamic Algorithm may adjust your workout distances to personalize training based on your performance and history, which can sometimes result in mismatches between distances shown on your "View Full Plan" screen and the distance shown when opening a workout.
