Unable to Login (Apple Watch)

If you're having trouble logging in on your watch, your phone can log you in automatically β€” no password needed on the watch.

Before you start

Make sure both devices are on the latest software:

  1. Check that your iPhone is on the latest iOS

  2. Check that your Apple Watch is on the latest watchOS

  3. Check that MySwimPro is updated to the latest version

Step 1: Try the quick fix first

  1. Restart both your iPhone and Apple Watch

  2. Open MySwimPro on your iPhone first

  3. Then open MySwimPro on your Apple Watch

  4. You should now be logged in on the watch!

Step 2: If that didn't work β€” full watch app reset

  1. Delete the MySwimPro watch app

  2. Restart both your iPhone and Apple Watch

  3. Reinstall the MySwimPro watch app

  4. Open MySwimPro on your iPhone first (leave it open)

  5. Then open MySwimPro on your Apple Watch

  6. You should now be logged in!
