Members subscribed to the MySwimPro get access to Training Plans: multi-week plans suited toward your goals - from fitness to open water. The Elite Coach Subscription has access to both Swim & Dryland Plans.
To get started with a Training Plan, find the Training Plan section in the Swim or Dryland Tabs. Select a plan to see an overview of the plan, and select Start Plan to get going! As long as you're in the plan, you can find it at the top of of the Swim Tab or Dryland Tab. If an Elite subscriber, you will have be able to have a Dryland & Swim Plan at the same time.
If you complete the workout with an Apple Watch, Garmin, or WearOS device, the workout will automatically be marked as complete when it is logged.
If you'd like to skip a workout for some reason, you can swipe left on the workout in the training plan view and select Skip. How To Follow A Training Plan
