How To Delete Your Account

To delete your MySwimPro account, follow these steps:

  1. Check the email account associated with your MySwimPro registration.

  2. Log in to the app or go to myswimpro.com/account.

  3. Navigate to Privacy Settings or Account Settings (depending on your app version) and look for the option "Delete Account."

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion process. For security reasons, only logged-in users can delete their own accounts.

Troubleshooting Account Deletion Issues

If you encounter challenges in deleting your account or confirming its deletion status, consider these points:

  • Unable to Find the Account: If you cannot locate your account under the registered email, it is possible that the account has already been deleted. Try logging in to verify. If login fails, the account is no longer active.

  • Confirmation of Account Deletion: Check for a confirmation email from MySwimPro or contact the support team if you’re uncertain about the account's deletion status.
