First, please ensure you're logged into the correct account. If you've logged in with an email and password and also logged in by choosing "Continue With Apple", it's possible you have a duplicate account. Log out, and try both options to see if your subscription is under one of those accounts.

If that doesn't work, go to the Settings screen in the Profile tab of the MySwimPro app and tap Manage Subscription. Then tap Restore Subscription. This will synchronize your subscription information. It may ask for your Apple ID credentials.
