If you are having trouble loading a Workout to your Apple Watch, it is likely that there is a communication error between the watch and phone.

First check to see if you are on the latest OS on your devices and the latest version of MySwimPro.
If everything is up to date:

1) Restart both your phone and watch
2) Open the phone app and watch app
3) Open the Workout on your phone

4) Open the app on your watch
5) Tap send to apple watch on the phone app
6) Workout should appear on your watch!

If that doesn't work:

On iPhone:

  1. Long-press the MySwimPro app icon until a menu appears.

  2. Select Remove App, then confirm by tapping Delete App.

  3. Open the App Store, search for "MySwimPro," and download it again by tapping the cloud icon.

On Apple Watch:

  1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone.

  2. Scroll down and select MySwimPro.

  3. Toggle Show on Apple Watch to OFF.

  4. Restart your Apple Watch.

  5. In the Watch app, scroll down to Available Apps, then tap Install next to MySwimPro.
