Your Weekly Streak tracks how many weeks in a row you've hit your swim goal. It's a consistency counter, not a daily one — you don't have to swim every day to keep it alive.
Where To Find Your Streak
Open the Home tab. Your Weekly Streak sits at the top of the screen, showing your current streak count and how close you are to completing the current week.
Tap the card to open the full Your Streak view.
Your Weekly Goal
Your streak target is your Number Of Swim Days setting — so it's personal to you, not a fixed number for everyone.
To change it, head to Profile > Swim Profile > Number Of Swim Days and pick how many days a week you plan to swim. If you set 3, you'll need 3 swims each week to keep your streak going; set 2, and 2 will do it.
Training for something big, or coming back from a break? Adjust your Number Of Swim Days to match the season you're in — a goal you can actually hit is the one that keeps the streak alive.
Reading The Streak Calendar
The Your Streak screen shows a month-by-month calendar of your swimming. Scroll up to look back through the last 12 months.
A swimmer icon on a date means you logged a swim that day.
The circle at the end of each week row shows how that week finished:
A checkmark means you hit your goal and the week counted toward your streak.
A number shows how many swims you logged in a week that fell short of your goal.
A partial ring is the week in progress.
An empty ring means no swims were logged that week.
Weeks run Monday through Sunday.
Your Streak Summary
At the bottom of the screen you'll find a summary card with:
Your Streak – how many consecutive weeks you've hit your goal.
This Week – your progress toward this week's goal, shown as swims completed out of your Number Of Swim Days target.
The week your current streak started.
A reminder of how many more swims you need this week to keep the streak going.
Keeping Your Streak Alive
Hit your Number Of Swim Days target before the week ends and the week counts toward your streak. Finish the week short of it and the streak resets — the following week starts a fresh count.
Any logged swim counts, whether you swam it as a Guided Workout, tracked it with your watch, or imported it manually. If a swim is missing from your history, it won't count toward your streak either — importing it will put it back on the calendar.
Streak Widgets
You can keep an eye on your streak without opening the app. The Weekly Streak widget is available on your iOS Home Screen in small, medium and large sizes, and the artwork changes as your streak grows. See MySwimPro Widgets for setup steps.
