Send a Workout to Your Apple Watch

Send any MySwimPro workout from your iPhone to your Apple Watch in a few taps, so it's ready to swim — even after last-minute edits.

The Send To Apple Watch option is a quick way to load a workout from your iPhone onto your Apple Watch. It’s great for preloading a workout before you get to the pool, or for pushing across any last-minute changes you’ve made.

How To Send a Workout to Your Apple Watch

  1. Open the workout you’d like to load on your iPhone (you should see the SwimGauge™).

  2. Open the MySwimPro app on your Apple Watch.

  3. On your iPhone, tap the green Start Workout button at the bottom of the screen.

  4. In the menu that appears, tap Send to Apple Watch. The workout is now on your watch. (The same menu also lets you Manual Log, Open PDF, or Start on iPhone.)

  5. A “Let’s Go!” screen appears as the workout sends across to your watch.

  6. Tap the green "play" icon on your watch when you’re ready to swim.

Not ready to swim yet? Tap "back" in the top left corner to keep the workout prepped – it will appear under “Last Set Workout” on your watch.

Once the workout is complete, it automatically logs to your account, and you can view your stats on the Profile tab in the mobile app. For more ways to use your watch, see How To Use MySwimPro With An Apple Watch.
