If you get sick, injured or don't enjoy using MySwimPro, you can request a refund to the original method of payment within 30 days of signing up. This is for new accounts only and does not apply to members re-subscribing after canceling their account or automatic renewals.

Once you cancel your subscription, future payments to MySwimPro will stop. Partial year refunds are not offered.
How do refunds work with annual plans?
You will have 30 days to refund annual plans. There are no prorated refunds. For example, you can not get a refund mid way through your payment year.
How do refunds work with monthly plans?
The 30 day money-back guarantee is not offered for monthly subscriptions. Once you cancel your subscription, future payments to MySwimPro will stop. Partial month refunds are not offered. For example, if you are billed the first of every month and cancel on the 15th you will not receive a partial month refund.
