How Dryland Training Works in the MySwimPro App

- Each workout includes a dynamic warm up, a main circuit and a cool down.
- All workouts are interval based, just like your swim workouts, and include video and audio demonstrations of each exercise.
- Edit the workout’s work and rest intervals to fit your fitness level!
Follow the workouts on your smartphone, Apple Watch or Apple TV.
How To Follow A Dryland Training Plan |iPhone
1 – Download MySwimPro App on iPhone
2 – In the Dryland Tab, find the Training Plan you'd like and tap Start Plan.

3-Review the workouts, and personalize the Intervals or duration by tapping the Edit icon. Adjust, then tap Save!
4-When you’re ready to workout, tap the Share icon to sync it with an apple watch or click Start Workout to be guided through the workout directly from your phone!
5-After your workout, your workout will automatically log to your feed!
