When using MySwimPro on an Android device, your subscription will either be through the Google Play Store or the MySwimPro Website. You can cancel anytime before the end of your trial and will not be charged the total plan amount. After your trial ends your subscription fee is non-refundable. Refund Policy
Google Play Store Subscriptions
To request a refund, please email android-support@myswimpro.com and include:
- Email used to create your account
- Name listed in MySwimPro
- Order ID
- Why you are requesting a refund
To find your Order ID
If you can’t find your confirmation email, you can get a receipt online:
- Visit pay.google.com/ and sign in with your Google account.
- On the left, click Subscriptions and services.
- Click View purchases.
- Select an order to see your receipt.
- Copy and paste the GPA # and send to android-support@myswimpro.com
Web Subscriptions
You can manage your subscription by going to https://myswimpro.com/elite/manage/ or by sending an email to support@myswimpro.com
