When using MySwimPro on an Apple device, your subscription will either be through Apple or the MySwimPro Website.
Apple handles all App Store transactions itself, we cannot view or modify- including refund -any in-app subscription if it was purchased through the App Store. You'll need to apply for a refund thru Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If it says that you are ineligible for a refund, you will need to contact Apple support here: https://getsupport.apple.com/
Click Apps & Software> AppStore > Subscriptions & Purchases > Request Refund > Choose the Email Option.
If you'd like to request a refund please include:
- Email used to create your account
- Name listed in MySwimPro
- Why you are requesting a refund
