When using MySwimPro on an Apple device, your subscription will either be through Apple or the MySwimPro Website. You can cancel anytime before the end of your trial and will not be charged the total plan amount. . After your trial ends your subscription fee is non-refundable. Refund Policy
Apple handles all App Store transactions itself, we cannot view or modify- including refund -any in-app subscription if it was purchased through the App Store. You'll need to apply for a refund thru Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If it says that you are ineligible for a refund, you will need to contact Apple support here: https://getsupport.apple.com/
Click Apps & Software> AppStore > Subscriptions & Purchases > Request Refund > Choose the Email Option.

- Email used to create your account
- Name listed in MySwimPro
- Why you are requesting a refund
