Downloading the app
Open the app and sign in. If you are using an Android phone, you can simply open the phone and it should connect to the app (if you experience issues with this you may need to restart either the phone app or the watch app). If you are using an iPhone or are unable to connect with your Android you'll be prompted to enter an authorization code on your MySwimPro phone app.
To enter the authorization code on the Phone app, navigate to device settings and select the Enter Authorization Code option. Enter the code you see on your watch and your devices should now be connected (if you are experiencing issues try restarting either the phone or watch app).

- Workout of the Day
- This option displays the MySwimPro Workout of the Day, custom made by our resident swim coach.
- This option loads a list of all workouts in the MySwimPro workout library to choose from.
- Load Workout
- Select this option to load any workout directly from the MySwimPro phone app, including any custom workouts you may have created. You will be prompted to open a workout on your phone to load onto the watch.
During the Workout
When you select a workout, you'll be given a short count-down before starting. Then the workout instructions will begin.
For a detailed look workout terminology and structure, see these help articles.
The top of the workout screen shows you your current and total reps for a given set. For example, if you are on the 2nd rep of a set with 4 reps, it will display "reps 2/4".
The Middle of the workout screen shows you the current set details, including distance, stroke-type, elapsed time, and total time for the current set repetition. Start swimming the workout as instructed by the watch. There will be a 5 second buzzing timer letting you know when the current rep is about to end and the next one is about to begin.
At the bottom of the screen there is a blue menu button. You can open this menu either by pressing your device's hardware button or by pressing and holding the blue menu button.
When the menu is open you are shown a list of options for the current workout. You can quit the workout, pause/resume the workout, move to the next set, or go to the previous set.
When you have finished the workout you will be prompted to either save or discard the workout. If you choose to save the workout, it will be logged as a MySwimPro workout which you can later view within the mobile app (if the workout has not logged it may be necessary to re-open the Wear OS app when you have network connectivity).
