Please be sure of the following:
- When using the side buttons, only a SINGLE press of the two buttons SIMULTANEOUSLY will advance the workout forward.
- DO NOT press and hold the buttons down- holding them down for five seconds will restart your watch and end your workout.
- If all else fails, you can force touch (hard-press the screen) to access the menu to transition.
NOTE: Any completed segments will be saved to the Activity app, even if you end the workout early. If you think you've lost a workout, please check there.
