Workouts can only be loaded and updated on the Fitbit device when:
- The phone the Fitbit is paired to is connected to the internet.
- The Fitbit device is connected to the phone. You can tell that the device is connected by going to the Fitbit app - the top left corner should show your device with a green connection icon above the battery level. If the connection symbol is grey, it is not connected. It can take up to a minute for your device to connect - leave the Fitbit app while it connects. It will look like this when connected:
