Members subscribed to the Training Pack get access to Training Plans: multi-week plans suited toward your goals - from fitness to open water.
To get started with a Training Plan, find the Training Plan section in the Coach tab. Select a plan to see an overview of the plan, and select Start Plan to get going! As long as you're in the plan, you can find it at the top of the Coach tab.
If you complete the workout with an Apple Watch, Garmin, or WearOS device, the workout will automatically be marked as complete when it is logged.
If you'd like to skip a workout for some reason, you can swipe left on the workout in the training plan view and select Skip. How To Follow A Training Plan
