Sometimes the app gets out of sync with the servers that track your membership activity. To fix this, go to Account Settings and select Restore Subscription. You may need to enter your Apple ID password to validate the in-app purchase. If you're still having trouble after that, try force-quitting the app to jolt the app in to recognizing the change.
