Members subscribed to MySwimPro get access to Training Plans: multi-week plans suited toward your goals - from fitness and open water and everything in between! The Elite subscription has access to both Swim & Dryland Plans.
To get started with a Training Plan, find the Training Plan section in the Swim or Dryland Tabs. Select a plan to see an overview, then select Start Plan to get going! As long as you're in the plan, you can find it at the top of of the Swim Tab or Dryland Tab. .
If you complete the workout with a compatible smart watch, the workout will automatically be marked as complete when it is logged.
If you'd like to skip a workout for some reason, you can swipe left on the workout in the training plan view and select Skip.
You can find the library workouts in the Workout Library section of the Swim & Dryland tabs. The swim workouts are compatible with Dynamic Intervals, and will automatically adjust to your custom pool length.
Members subscribed to MySwimPro can save any number of custom workouts to the library and access them from the Saved Workouts button in the Library tab. Free members can save up to 5 custom workouts in the saved workouts section.
Workout of the Day
Doing the same workouts each week gets boring very quickly, and doesn’t help you achieve the results you want! You can follow a fresh, workout every day for both swim and dryland workouts.
Members subscribed to MySwimPro Elite have access to both the Swim & Dryland Workout Of The Day in the app.
You can find the Workout of the Day (WOD) in the Library section of the Swim & Dryland tabs every day. The swim WOD is compatible with Dynamic Intervals, and will automatically adjust to your custom pool length.
Your skill level will determine the total distance and intensity of the workout of the day. If you find it either too easy or too hard- try changing your skill level in your settings.
Swimming with proper technique is critical to swimming efficiently. The best swimmers in the world continuously work on their technique and work on improving their stroke efficiency.
MySwimPro helps make this easy by hosting 100s of Swimming and Dryland technique videos aimed at helping you improve your technique!
Members subscribed to the MySwimPro Elite have access to both the Swim & Dryland videos in the app. These videos can be viewed anytime in the app by heading to the Swim or Dryland Video Library sections.
The Dynamic Intervals feature makes every swim workout 100% personalized to you. Your rest and interval times are recommended by the coaching algorithm and tailored to your skill level.
Sync to Strava
You can enable all swims logged with MySwimPro to automatically log to your Strava account. To do this:
- Go to Devices & Integrations (iPhone), or Settings, Integrations (on Android)
- Enable Sync to Strava
- Enter your Strava credentials to enable MySwimPro to save activities to your Strava account
- When complete, you will be automatically redirected back to the MySwimPro app
- All done! All new swims will automatically log to your Strava account.
Remote 1-on-1 Swim Coaching

As part of our ELITE subscription, we’re giving swimmers exclusive access to quarterly coaching calls with a dedicated MySwimPro coach! Our coaches are highly experienced, and have helped hundreds of swimmers of all ages and skill levels set goals and achieve their desired results, which could include weight loss, personal best times, open water races, and more.
How Does It Work?
Every 3 months, you’ll receive an email from your dedicated coach that includes a link to schedule your video coaching session. Select a day and time that works for you and get it on the calendar!
During the video call, your coach will ask you a series of questions that will help them recommend the best training options for you. Questions may include:
- What are your goals? Do you have any races or swim meets coming up?
- How often do you swim? Do you incorporate dryland training into your routine?
- Do you have any injuries or concerns that may impact your training?
- How can we help you get the most out of the MySwimPro app? Do you have any questions, feedback or suggestions?
After hearing from you, your coach will walk you through your training options based on your goals. They will explain how to get the most out of both your swimming and dryland training plans, how to work around injuries, how to taper for races, and more!
Heart Rate Segments
Members subscribed to MySwimPro ELITE who record their workouts with an Apple Watch get access to Heart Rate Segments - a graph of your heart rate, intelligently linked to your workout.
If you tap on a set, the part of the graph corresponding to that set will highlight in blue. It works in reverse, too: select a part of the graph, and the corresponding set will highlight in blue!
