If you’ve been a MySwimPro member, you already know how powerful our training plans can be. But now, we’re taking personalization to a whole new level. With our latest update, the MySwimPro Coach subscription offers an even more customized experience that adapts to your unique needs, preferences, and circumstances.

Available exclusively for iPhone users (Apple Watch or Garmin optional), this new feature is designed to make your swim training more effective and enjoyable than ever.

This feature was built to give you the ultimate in flexibility and personalization. We know that everyone’s swim journey is different, and your training plan should reflect that. Whether you’re a competitive swimmer aiming for a new personal best, or someone who swims for fitness and fun, your plan is designed to grow and change with you.

What’s New?

1. Greater Personalization: Our training plans were already tailored to you, but now they’re more personalized than ever before. Whether you’re preparing for a big event or just looking to improve your skills, your plan is 100% unique to you—no one else has the same training plan.

2. Flexible and Adaptive: Life happens, and your training plan should adapt to it. Now you can easily change your plan whenever you need to, right on the same screen. If you’re feeling under the weather, injured, or the pool is unexpectedly closed, you can update your plan in real-time. Even if you’re in the middle of a plan, nothing changes unless you want it to—your current progress remains intact.

3. Event-Based Training: Got a swim race or event coming up? Just enter the date, and the app will generate a weekly schedule that perfectly accommodates your training needs. This event-based planning ensures you’re always on track to achieve your goals. Plus, it includes taper!

4. Workout Swaps: Not feeling up for today’s workout? No problem. You can swap it for a different session that suits your current mood or energy level, without disrupting your overall plan.

5. AI-Powered Adjustments: Our custom algorithm doesn’t just build your plan from scratch; but our AI Swim Coach continues to evolve it. Every time you swap a workout or update your training details, the app intelligently adjusts the rest of your plan. It factors in your swim profile, previously recorded workouts, event dates, number of swim days, and any other input to ensure your plan stays perfectly aligned with your goals. Want to add 200m of floating on your back to the end of every workout? We can add that! :)

Easy Access and Updates

  • Editing Your Plan: To update your plan, simply click “Update my Plan” on the Coach screen. Click “Swap” to quickly change an individual workout.

  • Where Is The Workout Of The Day and My Workout Library? Click the three-dot menu (…) and select your workout library. From there, you can find your Workouts of the Day (WOD), create a custom workout, and or find your workout library.

  • Current Plan: If you’re currently in a plan, rest assured—nothing changes unless you want it to. Your existing progress and settings will remain as they are, and you can continue following your plan uninterrupted.
