List of known issues being worked on by the team and possible workarounds.

Seeing an issue with the app?

If it's listed below, we're already on it — a fix is in the works. We'll update this article as fixes are released.

Before reaching out, try these steps:

  1. Update to the latest version of the app

  2. Uninstall and reinstall the app

  3. Restart your devices

These steps resolve most unexpected issues. If you're still stuck, contact us via the in-app messenger or at support@myswimpro.com.

Known Issues


Issue: "Error Loading Workout" — some Android users are unable to open workouts in their training plan
Status: A fix has been submitted to Google Play and will be available in an upcoming update.


Issue: Send to Garmin Watch not working — workouts sent from the app may not appear on your Garmin device
Workaround: Try disconnecting and reconnecting Garmin Connect in app Settings. If the issue persists, use the Send Logs option in Settings and contact us at support@myswimpro.com.


Recently Resolved

Update to the latest version of the app to receive these fixes:

  • Resolved an issue where the selected Training Plan disappeared from the Coach Tab

  • Resolved an issue where Freestyle seed time +/− buttons were missing in the seed time editor
