1) Uninstall & Reinstall app
2) Restart your devices
These steps often resolve unexpected issues. If that doesn't resolve things, please send us an email or use the messenger about the issue so we can address it.

Known Issues:
Bug: Selected Training Plan has disappeared
Workaround: Head to Profile > Settings > Workout Settings > Change your goal to "Improve Endurance" or "Swim Faster". Training plan should now be the top item on the Coach Tab
Bug: Sometimes are being asked to subscribe when a subscription is already active
Workaround: Please reach out to support using the in app messenger or at support@myswimpro.com
