If you'd like to request a refund please include:

  1. Email used to create your account

  2. Name listed in MySwimPro

  3. Why you are requesting a refund

Apple

If you've signed up via Apple's In-App Payment system. You'll need to apply for a refund through Apple. When using MySwimPro on an Apple device, your subscription will either be through Apple or the MySwimPro Website.

If Apple says that you are ineligible for a refund, you will need to contact Apple support here: https://getsupport.apple.com

Click Apps & Software> AppStore > Subscriptions & Purchases > Request Refund > Choose the Email Option.

Android

When using MySwimPro on an Android device, your subscription will either be through the Google Play Store or the MySwimPro website.

To request a refund, please see the "Help" section in the app to send us an email at [email protected] or use the messenger and include:

  1. Email used to create your account

  2. Name listed in MySwimPro

  3. Order ID

  4. Why you are requesting a refund

To find your Order ID:

If you can’t find your confirmation email, you can get a receipt online:

  1. Visit pay.google.com and sign in with your Google account.

  2. On the left, click Subscriptions and Services.

  3. Click View Purchases.

  4. Select an order to see your receipt.

Copy and paste the GPA # and send to [email protected]
