Auto-renewal Apple/iTunes subscriptions can only be cancelled or changed via your Apple account. There are two methods:

Option 1:

  1. Go to the Settings App

  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

  3. Tap Subscriptions - You may need to sign in or use Touch ID.

  4. Select the MySwimPro subscription

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

Option 2:

  1. Open the MySwimPro App

  2. Tap Profile

  3. Tap Settings

  4. Tap Account Settings

  5. Tap Manage Subscription

  6. Select the MySwimPro subscription

  7. Tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

If the cancel button is not available on your subscription, it means the subscription is already cancelled and won't renew. For further details about this, please refer to Apple Support.

I can't cancel my subscription on Apple as it's not on the list, what should I do?

You may have subscribed to MySwimPro via a different platform such as our website or Google Play.

  • If your bank statement shows "MYSWIMPRO.COM" you will have to follow these instructions to cancel.

  • If your bank statement shows "GOOGLE MYSWIMPRO", you will have to follow these instructions to cancel.
