Using The Workout Scaler

  1. Open the Workout

  2. Slide the slider left to decrease or right to increase the total distance (and corresponding time) of the Workout.

  3. Your changes have been saved!

Editing a Set:

  1. Open the Workout

  2. Tap on the Set

  3. Tap the menu icon on the right of the Set

  4. Modify the distance, reps, interval, and more

  5. Tap Save on the Edit Set screen

  6. Your changes have been saved!

  7. Repeat for other Sets as needed

To remove a Set from the Workout, swipe right to left on the Set name and then tap delete.

Editing a Set Group:

  1. Open the Workout

  2. Tap on the menu icon of a Set Group

  3. Tap Group Settings

  4. Modify the title or number of reps for the Set Group

  5. Tap Done on the Group Settings screen

  6. Your changes have saved!

  7. Repeat for other Sets as needed

To remove a Set Group from the Workout, tap the menu icon and then tap Delete Set Group.

Customizing Set Notes

You may want to add notes to sets to specify what drill to do, or any other notes you might want to remember about a Set. Set notes appear on the Upcoming Set screen on Apple Watch.

To add a comment to a Set:

  1. Open the Workout

  2. Tap on the Set you'd like to add comments to

  3. Tap the menu icon on the right of the Set

  4. Scroll down to find the Notes field and enter the notes you'd like to see

  5. Tap Save on the Edit Set screen

  6. Your changes have been saved!

  7. Repeat for other Sets as needed
