Guided Workouts

Guided workouts will sync to Strava with the the Swim Gauge along with a detailed set structure showcasing to your friends your hard work on your swim.

Pool Mode Workouts (With Paid MySwimpro Subscription)

Unguided Pool Mode workouts will automatically sync to strava with a detailed set breakdown of what you swam. Set details are only available to sync with a paid MySwimPro subscription.

Pool Mode Workouts (Free Tracking)

Unguided Pool Mode workouts recorded with the Free Tracking will automatically sync your Distance, Time, Pace, Heart Rate and calories. A detailed set break down will not be included.

Open Water workouts will automatically sync your Distance, Time, Pace, Heart Rate and calories along with a map of your swim.

Garmin, Strava & MySwimPro

Workouts logged with a Garmin device to MySwimPro will not sync to Strava. Workouts logged from a Garmin Device will instead sync directly from Garmin Connect. In order to sync these workouts, you will need to enable Strava Sync in Garmin Connect.

Unable to link Strava on iOS Device

This is a rare issue where deeplinking in an iOS is broken on install. To fix this, delete and reinstall the app, then try again.
