Where does location data come from?
Only from swims started on a wearable that recorded a location with the MySwimPro app. Manually logged swims carry no location and won't appear on your passport or contribute to the map.
Why is my pool not on the map?
Most likely not enough different swimmers have logged there yet, or your swims were logged without location data.
Why can I see my private pool on the Pool Finder?
We show locations that only you've swam at only on your own Pool Finder map. They will appear with an inverted color scheme to indicate that they are private.
Why is my passport empty?
None of your logged swims carry location data. Enable location permissions for the MySwimPro app in your device settings to make sure your swims are logged on the map.
How do I Opt Out?
MySwimPro app → Settings → Keep Activity Private. Please contact support@myswimpro.com with any concerns.
