Where Did My AI-Generated Workout Go?

AI workouts aren't saved to your library unless you save them. Here's what's kept, what isn't, and how to get it back.

Generated an AI workout, swam it, and now can't find it? Here's what happened.

The short answer

AI-generated workouts are not saved to your library automatically. Unless you tap "..." when viewing the workout and tap Save To My Library before leaving the workout, it isn't saved for you to swim or edit - even if you sent it to your watch and swam it.

What is and isn't kept

  • Your completed swim (distance, time, splits, heart rate) — always logged to your history and Trends

  • The workout structure (the set list) — only if you tapped Save To My Library

How to save an AI workout for next time

  1. Generate your workout — see How To Generate an AI Workout

  2. Tap "..." then tap Save To My Library

  3. Find it later under Library → My Workout Library

Once saved, you can edit it, repeat it, or send it to your watch again.

Recreating a workout you didn't save

If you swam it recently, the logged swim is still in your history and shows the sets you completed:

  1. Go to your Trends or workout history

  2. Open the swim

  3. Use it as a reference to regenerate a similar session

Or ask Coach Chat for something close — "give me the same workout I did Tuesday but 500 yards longer." See Using Coach Chat to Edit Your Workout.
