Stay focused on your swim without counting laps. With Swim Distance Haptics, your Apple Watch gives you a gentle buzz to let you know when you’ve reached key points in your workout.

What Is Swim Distance Haptics?

Swim Distance Haptics uses your Apple Watch to send a vibration (haptic alert) when:

  • You’re on the last lap of a set

  • You’ve completed a preset distance during a swim

This makes it easier to stay on track without constantly checking your watch or counting laps.

How to Enable Swim Distance Haptics

  1. Open the MySwimPro app

  2. Tap the Profile tab

  3. Tap Settings (top right)

  4. Tap Devices & Integrations

  5. Toggle on:

    • Last Lap Alert

    • Pool Swim Distance Alert

    • Open Water Distance Alert

Last Lap Alert

  • Your Apple Watch will buzz when you begin the final lap of a set

  • Helps you prepare for transitions or upcoming rest

Distance Alerts (Pool & Open Water)

  • Choose a preset distance (for example, every 200)

  • Your watch will buzz each time you complete that distance

  • Works great for unguided swims

Why Use Swim Distance Haptics?

  • No more losing count mid-set

  • Stay focused on technique and effort

  • Get subtle, distraction-free feedback

  • Ideal for both structured workouts and freestyle swims
