πŸ” Where to Find It

  1. Open the MySwimPro app.

  2. Tap on the Trends tab in the bottom navigation bar.

You’ll be taken to a dashboard that displays your key swimming metrics in beautiful, interactive graphs.


πŸ“Š Metrics Tracked in the Trends Tab

🏊 Total Distance

  • Displays how far you've swum over a week, month, or year.

  • See your weekly mileage and how it trends over time.

⏱️ Total Duration

  • Tracks the total time spent swimming.

  • Visualizes how your training time fluctuates month-to-month.

πŸ“ˆ Workout Distance

  • View your average distance per workout.

  • Track consistency and gradual increases over time.

⏲️ Workout Duration

  • Shows how long each workout lasts on average.

πŸš€ Freestyle Pace

  • Your average pace per 100m, great for sprint and endurance tracking.

πŸŒ€ Freestyle SWOLF

  • Efficiency metric (Swim Golf Score = Strokes + Time).

  • Lower SWOLF typically means better efficiency.


πŸ“… Switch Between Views

You can view your stats by:

  • Week (e.g. Jan 25–31, 2026)

  • Month (e.g. Jan 4–31, 2026)

  • Year (e.g. Feb 1, 2025 – Jan 31, 2026)

Just tap the Week/Month/Year toggle at the top of any detailed graph screen!
