Open the MySwimPro app.
Tap on the Trends tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Youβll be taken to a dashboard that displays your key swimming metrics in beautiful, interactive graphs.
π Metrics Tracked in the Trends Tab
π Total Distance
Displays how far you've swum over a week, month, or year.
See your weekly mileage and how it trends over time.
β±οΈ Total Duration
Tracks the total time spent swimming.
Visualizes how your training time fluctuates month-to-month.
π Workout Distance
View your average distance per workout.
Track consistency and gradual increases over time.
β²οΈ Workout Duration
Shows how long each workout lasts on average.
π Freestyle Pace
Your average pace per 100m, great for sprint and endurance tracking.
π Freestyle SWOLF
Efficiency metric (Swim Golf Score = Strokes + Time).
Lower SWOLF typically means better efficiency.
π Switch Between Views
You can view your stats by:
Week (e.g. Jan 25β31, 2026)
Month (e.g. Jan 4β31, 2026)
Year (e.g. Feb 1, 2025 β Jan 31, 2026)
Just tap the Week/Month/Year toggle at the top of any detailed graph screen!
